I wanted to put in writing how pleased I am with the service your cleaning agency has provided over the last two years.
Being completely new to the luxury of having somebody else cleaning my house, I felt your agency provided vetted cleaners and a back up service whenever I needed it.
I was given good advice on how to direct the cleaning lady on her first visits, and told what I could reasonably expect her to do.
But what appealed to me most was that, were I to encounter any problems, I could rely on the agency and ultimately change cleaner avoiding all sorts of awkward situations.
In the event, I have now had the same cleaning lady for over two years. She is reliable, flexible, and a lovely person to have around. I can't thank you more than that.
I certainly couldn't look to expand my business without knowing my house is well taken care of!
